  1. Return-to-Work Programmes

    After any sickness absence whether due to illness or injury, occupational health can recommend ways to facilitate a smooth transition back to work by evaluating the employee’s fitness for work and suggesting any practical reasonable workplace adjustments.

  2. Adjustments following neurodiversity diagnosis

    To advise and recommend workplace adjustments that fully enable the neurodiverse employee to excel in their job performance, that are reasonable and are not disruptive to themselves, co-workers or the organisation.
