Occupational Health Practitioner and Chief Executive Officer
Lynda is a career Occupational Health Nurse and entrepreneur with several decades of experience. After undertaking various senior roles in Occupational Health companies in the North East of Scotland, Lynda set up a nurse led Occupational Health Company in 2005, which she successfully sold in 2020.
Lynda is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and from 2014 -2024 was a lecturer on the Occupational Health course at Robert Gordon University. Lynda volunteers her time to help support members through the iOH (The association of Occupational Health and Wellbeing Professionals), support line.
Lynda is the Managing Director of the creative team who set up Occ Pro Ltd and intends the organisation to use some of its profits to support worthwhile health-related charities including healthcare student work experiences at RGU. Occ Pro also supports not-for-profit and charitable businesses with pro bono publico Occupational Health support.
Kathryn McBean – BA (Hons), CA
Chief Financial Officer
Kathryn is a graduate of Robert Gordons University and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. She brings extensive experience in managing and advising small and medium enterprises under my description through her accountancy practice, consultancy roles, and directorships across multiple companies. In addition, Kathryn actively supports several charities, serving as a treasurer or Independent Examiner.
