Management referrals

Occ Pro recognise that employers do not want employees off sick, not working their contracted hours or underperforming without a clear, agreed, and documented return to work plan.

Employees want to feel that they have their issues validated and that they can have reasonable adjustments considered as adaptations in their workplace where appropriate. Appointments with Occ Pro health and wellbeing specialists are booked online by employers with a specialist Occupational Health nurse, full payment will be made at time of booking to confirm appointment. Package upgrades are possible if the case is more complex than initially envisaged. Employers will be sent a form to complete, and a checklist of additional information required together with an explanatory leaflet. Employers then upload the completed questionnaire and the documentation surrounding the case a minimum of 4 hours before the appointment time, but ideally with 48 hours for the clinician to properly read through all the information. The appointment with the employee, is followed up by a written report, this is then agreed with the employee before being sent to the employer usually within 48 hours following the appointment.

At Occ Pro we want the process of making a management referral to be as simple as possible. There are a few short questions on the referral and your answers will help us make the correct booking.
