Occ Pro Limited was set up in response to a recognition that most organisations can, on occasion, experience cases where employees have an Occupational Health issue that is seen as complex, such as a lengthy sickness absence or assessing what a reasonable workplace adjustment really looks like.

Sometimes HR departments and Occupational Health providers do not have the contemporary experience or knowledge to navigate the legislation to allow them to move issues to a swift conclusion. Occ Pro believe a satisfactory conclusion will be either 1) the employee returns to work to their and the organisations, satisfaction (perhaps with agreed reasonable workplace adjustments) or 2) the employee leaves the organisation legally and with goodwill preserved.
